Kylie has also worked with a lot of new construction, including custom builds. Her expertise on the Island has proven to be especially important when working with builders and designing floor plans for island living.

Family and Farm Life:Born in Wake Forest, Kylie moved with her family to Hubert when she was seven years old. She then lived in Jacksonville and has resided in the greater Topsail area, for the most part, ever since. Today, she owns a farm and several horses, as well as chickens, a goat, and their two sweet dogs, Bella and Nala.
